日升日落一幕幕，
The Sun rise and fall everyday,
年华有如水悠悠，
Life pass through just like a flow of stream,
年复一年空虚度，
Year by year of empty waiting,
换回只是无限苦，
To exchange for unfinished suffering,
本想幸福会长久，
Thought of the happy life can last long,
始终飘渺也虚无，
But it never been satisfied,
曾经不想再盲目，
Once a time, don't want to engage in the cycle,
却一而再再的坠入。
But falling into it again and again.

昨日深情太刻骨，
Too deeply in love yesterday,
梦醒之后人孤独，
But wake up from dream alone,
昨日名利太在乎，
Too care for reputation and wealth yesterday,
苏醒以后空依旧，
But wake up from dream with emptiness,
迈开智慧的脚步，
Live with wisdom,
一切障碍都清除，
All problem will be clear,
佛法慈悲的流露，
Buddha show us the mercy,
看清自己也是悟。
Self awareness is a step of enlightenment.
